Unable to access video content (player.vimeo.com issue)

I got " player.vimeo.com took too long to respond." when trying to access the video related course. At least the “DevOps Basic” and “Kubernetes for the Absolute beginner” video content.
Other error show the below:

The webpage at https://player.vimeo.com/video/474127470?dnt=1&app_id=122963&controls=1&autoplay=1&muted=1&api=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It could happen sometimes when network firewalls blocked some requests.

How to fix this ? As i am getting same error

You got " player.vimeo.com took too long to respond." or did you get some other error?

If it’s the former, it might be a browser side error. What OS and browser are you using? Also, worth looking at vimeo’s help page to see if something applies to your situation.

I am using Ubuntu os and also I have tried to access from my android tab same issue but what is observe is when I connect with vpn it working not sure how to resolve this

The fact you don’t have the problem when using the VPN suggests there’s a firewall between you and vimeo.com, I think. Where are you when you have the problem? Are you at your office? Could be that the office firewall is blocking vimeo; you may need your office IT to investigate and unblock that URI.
