Unable to access new taks despite having a pro plan and required experience

I’ve taken the pro plan to get access to all the tasks without buffer time but i noticed that I’m unable to access new tasks despite having a pro plan and more than required experience for the tasks. please help me out here.

You might have some incomplete/Failed tasks in another domain in your Active Practices page.
Try swapping it with any other curriculum which does not have any failed tasks. and this should clear out.
