Unable to access gcp sandbox even with kk pro

Dear Support,

I am currently experiencing an issue accessing the Google Cloud Platform playground. Upon logging in with my credentials naidukartheek7@gmail.com, I receive the error message stating ‘You need additional access’, and the missing permission is listed as ‘resourcemanager.projects.get’.

Could you please investigate and grant me the necessary permissions so that I can access the environment? you can see screenshot attached as well

Using your own credentials? This is not the way. You should use the credentials we supply when you start up the playground.

And ensure that you always use incognito window especially if you have a gmail account, or GCP will see your own google credentials and get confused
