Hi Team,
Can you confirm if the evaluation is considering partially correct tasks as well?
PS: Assuming the actual exam considers partially correct ones as well.

In the Ultimate Mock Exams, I’m pretty sure it’s all or nothing We actually don’t know how the real exams are scored; they might allow for partial credit, or they might be all or nothing as well.
Thanks Rob for the response.
i have been taking 1 mock exam per day to prep my self. currently i am at 4th mock and i see more questions are repeating. almost 50% of questions have come in the first 3 exams. Not sure is this normal, i though you have a larger pool of questions and were ensuring questions don’t repeat. Isn’t’ that the case?
I think it’s pretty normal. Each exam pulls from a pool of well defined categories; the category is the part of the title labeled SECTION, as in this example:
If you look at the curriculum for CKAD, you’ll see that SERVICES AND NETWORKING is 20% of the exam, and so, we will draw 20% of the questions from that category. I’d guess there are about 120 questions in all of the categories put together, so on average about a sixth of the questions you see in any given exam will be repeats.
Thanks for the quick response and clarity. Hope the pool size increases soon.
I found the pool size to be fine when I did the CKA UME for renewing my CKA. Some repetition is good. We set things up so that you’re encouraged to take the exam 10 times, which makes it fairly probable that you’ll see every question in the pool. That’s a good thing – if you didn’t see it before you take the exam, it won’t help you.
for mock exam 10 - the pass % was 5. is that a mistake? not sure what went wrong here.
