I just bought udemy course for CKA. I heard that latest version used for testing now is v1.28. Just want to confirm that the course is updated for version 1.28.

As far as Kubernetes features that are tested in the exams go, the changes that came in with v1.28 are quite minor; essentially nothing in v1.28 differs from v1.27 will affect how you answer a question. We update the courses constantly, updating version specific stuff a couple times a year. So using the course as it is currently presented will be fine for taking the exam.
