i fixed the issue it was in the nginx server was not running . so after SSH to the server we should install and start the nginx

I am facing this same issue. Need help. The public IP and network get created on starting task but the vm fails to deploy. It is an issue with the VM size not being allowed in US WEST region. Why are the resources being created in the US WEST region anyways?

The task notes specify creating resources in the East ES region, so we need to follow this requirement to complete the task successfully.
