For the Last 2 days i’m having trouble playing videos. The videos are not playing and stucks on buffering which is effecting my daily learning schedule. Kindly look into the resolution of this issue on priority. Thanks

Seems like an issue with your Internet bandwidth. Please do the steps as shown in the shared screenshot.
If you are using a VPN then please disconnect it. Sometimes it slows down the Internet speed.

Thanks for your on time response and referring the link. The issue was somehow related to my browser and had resolved on the very next day after i switched to chrome. Sorry for the late feedback.
