To delete the old user instead of new one for aws console

I have to delete the old user which i had did it before a few months unfortunately that i unable to delete the olde user profile , please i need to help from you to delete the older profile in my account .

User: arn:aws:iam::654654241151:user/kk_labs_user_355033
Action: iam:DeleteLoginProfile
Context: no identity-based policy allows the action.

If it’s one of our lab or playground users, as appears to be the case here, there’s nothing for you to delete – that user ceased to exist the same day you used it. Where are you trying to remove this no-longer-existing user?

while I tried to create a new user it won’t be get a new one from existing user profile in IAM

Our playgrounds don’t allow you to create new users in any case. Why are you trying to do that? What are you trying to accomplish?
