There is an issue with watching videos right now?

Hi KodeKloud Team:

Now I’m having a lot of issues with the video of the courses, from better to worse. Now the video display says Player error: The player is having trouble We’ll have it back up and run as soon as posible.

Do you know in which time could it be ? So I can schedule my day better.

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

A link to a video, any video, would be useful here. Short answer is: I don’t know of such a problem.

Hi @rob_kodekloud today I was learning from the docker swarm course, and since the beginning I’m having issues with the loading of the videos. In some cases the videos works fine, but in others this is happening after you click in the video for reproduction:

Is almost an hour that this issue is happening, in the beginning I could be able to watch fine the first video, but now I can’t. It seems that the backend started to die slowly because first this message doesn’t appear in the firsts page reloading that I made. Also I checked with other videos from the course, It doesn’t works.

BTW, I recently checked the video that I was able to play, It works, but is because is in the cache.

Now: The player can’t any longer reproduce the video :upside_down_face::

Please ( helm rollback ) Help me if you can.

Cheers

A link is much more useful here than an image, but I’ll take a look.

… took a look. I can get videos on this course. You should check vimeo’s troubleshooting page, assuming that you’re accessing this via the KodeKloud platform.

Thanks @rob_kodekloud As Vimeo says here Troubleshoot player error messages – Vimeo Help Center there is an issue with them.

How can I send you link pages of the course ? When I’m tried right now this shows in my reply:

hello

Also, I’m not sure if the links have the cookie session id in them. How should I treat the links in order that i can send you the links well ?

Just a normal link to whatever page you’re trying to view that you can’t view. Nothing fancy.

So I just delete the string in the ending of the webpage ? For example (Not real scenario):

kodekloud.com/user/courses/Kubern3tes/learn-yaml/module/1324834h-adnsksa-blablabla

to

kodekloud.com/user/courses/Kubern3tes/learn-yaml/module/

Like that ? Also a couple of hours ago the videos start running again, There could be a problem in my region where I live I guess, but once again, many thanks for your help.

Having exactly the same issue as @carlos140 @rob_kodekloud , e.g I can’t watch the video https://learn.kodekloud.com/user/courses/certified-kubernetes-application-developer-ckad/module/ee404020-8c94-4f3b-a69a-240984b9553e/lesson/b537a52a-ab07-4df8-a866-4f067f581b90
