Q: replace all occurrences of a pattern inside a file.
I replaced all the occurrences of and with their upper case lower case both and every pattern. I have even reviewed the file multiple times and couldn’t find a single 'and ’ in BSD_REPLACE.txt still, my task is failing. I have been trying to do it for weeks but can’t figure it out.
