The first practice test lab environment in cluster maintenance doesn't start

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. As stated in the title, the OS upgrades lab does not want to start for me, it always simply times out. Other labs/practice tests seem to work fine.

Can you please try again using an incognito window in chrome?

Yep, that seems to work! Still quite a long delay before the lab starts compared to the other ones though. Thanks!
