The CKAD Mock Exam labs are so slow and keep saying Reconnecting

Hi Team, This is really frustating. I have just purchased the course today and was working in CKAD mock exam 1.

  1. The lab is so so slow, I type one letter and it takes forever to appear in the screen.
  2. In a interval of every 2 seconds, it keeps saying “Reconnecting…” and refreshes the whole session - all my work done till now and all previous commands are lost.
    FYI: I have a good and stable internet wifi connection, all other sites work fine.

This is EXTREMELY frustating, I did not purchase this course to get such an experience.
If it remains like this I just wont be able to practice at all.
Please resolve this on priority.

Could you please share which browser you are using?
I just verified the CKAD Mocks on Chrome, and it worked fine at my end.

its ok, i moved to beta and now it is working.
But can you help me with one thing, since I am new and I am also learning when I am giving mock exams but the timers are causing a little problem.
If I want to check solution of a problem I have to wait for 120 mins to complete and even when the test ends, you show the results only for 30 mins.
So can in anyway the timers can be disabled for my sessions or any other solution exists?
