Terraform Labs Problem - Confusing

Hi, I have recently subscribed and started with the Terraform course. The labs seem a little vague to me. There are not clear instructions and unable to relate to the course material finished until now. Have a look at the screenshot. Which configuration is bring referred to here? Am I missing something here?
