I was attempting mock test and terminal froze and it didn’t come up from past 25 mins.
This happens often but comes up in few seconds but today it actually ruined my complete mock test. Kindly help.
Sorry about that. I would guess there was a break in connectivity either within the lab environment or between your system and our systems. If it happens again, make sure you’re using a system that complies with the advice in our “lab troubleshooting” page. You might also want to send email [email protected] when it happens, and you’ve already eliminated the causes listed on that page.
