Tasks are NOT loading properly

Today I got DevOps Task as “Ansible Create Users and Groups”.

I am seeing tasks is NOT getting loaded properly. Its displaying app server name as “{{HOST_COUNT}}” in “a. Add all users given in users.yml file on app server {{HOST_COUNT}} …”

And Set password {{DEV_PASSWORD}} for all users under developers group and {{ADMIN_PASSWORD}} for users under admins group. Here its should display the actual passwords.
