Task completed properly but still failed

@Ayman @Inderpreet @Tej-Singh-Rana @mmumshad I have completed the task to deploy nginx on kubernetes with specified names for deployment and service. Also i have checked the nginx was accessible on specified nodePort, but still it is shown as failed. Please could look into this ??
Also recording is not available for the review KodeKloud Engineer | Real Project Tasks on Real Systems

We are aware of this issue and we are trying to fix the same. We will get to work on these tasks again once issue is fixed.
