I had recently completed the task. It did replace in the target file. Still it’s showing incomplete.
I have used command sudo sed -i ‘s/Test/Software/g’ /root/nautilus.xml.
I have attached the snapshot of the cat /root/nautilus.xml

When a task marked as Failed, it gives the feedback. What did it reported ?

Feedback was that all occurance of Text have not been replaced with Software
