Task "100 Devops" task no 59 marked successful in Lab but stuck as "Pending" on Dashboard

Hi KodeKloud Community and Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent synchronization issue with the “100 Days of DevOps” challenge.

I have completed the Kubernetes task (creating PersistentVolume, PVC, and an Nginx Pod) multiple times. Every time I click the “Check” button inside the lab environment, it confirms the task is “Successfully Done.” However, my main dashboard does not reflect this progress—it remains stuck at 59/100 Tasks Completed with 1 Pending.

Steps I have already taken to troubleshoot:

  • Logged out and logged back in.
  • Used different browsers and Incognito mode.
  • Performed a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5).
  • Re-completed the task 3 times on different days (Friday and today, Monday, Mar 9).

Even after following the requirements exactly—using pv-nautilus, pvc-nautilus, and pod-nautilus with nginx:latest—the dashboard is not syncing the success signal from the lab environment.

I noticed other similar topics on the forum regarding “Task completed but not marked,” so it seems like a backend sync issue. Could a community moderator or support engineer please look into my account synchronization?
