Support issue : 100 days of AWS cloud

I started my 100 days AWS cloud with level-1. I am struck at Lab-22. Even after achieving the lab requirement it says i have failed to configure as required. I raised a support ticket with no luck.

Also i cant continue further as there is a dependency to complete the previous one.

I am not sure if any one has faced similar issue on the support.

Thanks @raymond.baoly , let me try the steps and come back.

While i tried the GUI mode for the maximum steps other than creating the key locally.
