Subscription not activated

I have paid for the pro subscription but I can’t access the trainings and labs because my account still shows the free plan.

Please look into this urgently. Thank you!

The best way to get action on this is to send email to [email protected]. It might take them as long as 24 hours to get back to you, although I think it will be faster, since most of what we do happens during India’s work hours.
