Subscription Issue

Hi Team,

17 June 2023 i have enrolled the “Kodekloud STANDARD” but last one year i am not using any videos and labs (all videos are not accessable for me including lab).
16 th jun 2024 i have received a message from my bank regarding auto renewal same time i have logged into the kodekloud account and checked that, that time i was able to access the videos and labs i have started to learn devops program and start using labs.
17th jun 2024 (today) renewal done means next one year i have done the subscription. today i have logged in to continue the course but videos and labs are not accessable. when i checked in my profile section it says i am subscribed to KodeKloud FREE.

please advise how we can proceed with this.
