Subscription is cancelled and not able to access any course

I recently canceled autopay for my subscription. However, I received notice that my subscription was canceled. I did not intend to terminate the subscription. I am not able to access any course. This is written in KodeKloud FAQ “When you cancel your yearly subscription, you still get access to the platform and all contents for the remainder of the year in your billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, you won’t be charged for the next year and your access will be removed.”
