I executed the task for the passwordless ssh of thor and you can see in the screenshot, and i verified that thor is accessing the 3 app servers without password, but the task is failed.

As per question you are asked to setup passwordless SSH access for thor user (on jump host) to all app servers through their respective sudo users (for example tony for stapp01). But as per screenshot seems like you created thor user on stapp01 and setup the passwordless access which is incorrect as per requirements asked. So your answer was marked as failed.
Ok that’s clear. but for information, i didn’t create the thor user on app servers, it was already there.
Yea sorry, I missed it that thor user is already there on app server. But I hope its clear not why task was failed.
