Some topics appear out-of-order when viewing certain lessons?

Not sure what’s going on, but some of the topics in this course appear out-of-order when viewing some lessons, and the lesson order does not stay the same throughout the course:

Also, clicking on the dropdown arrow to the left of a course appears to change the order somewhat randomly?

This is on Firefox 106.0.5.
