I am receiving the below-mentioned message while opening my account. Please elaborate further, as I am unable to understand why I cannot use these tools even after paying for the subscription. Kindly explain how I can access and use this service.
Additionally, I would like to share feedback regarding your course lectures. While studying the AWS course, the lectures mostly display PPT slides and do not clearly explain the concepts. There are no proper AWS practical demonstrations, which makes it difficult to understand the topics. As a result, I have to rely on external platforms such as YouTube and Udemy to fully grasp the concepts.
I request you to refer to instructors like Gaurav Sharma, Train with Shubham (YouTube), and Stephen Maarek’s AWS courses. They effectively demonstrate practical AWS implementations during teaching. This practical approach is likely one of the reasons many learners prefer their courses.
Currently, after paying for a yearly subscription, the only useful component for me is the hands-on labs. If there are restrictions on accessing them, please clarify how I can proceed.
I acknowledge that purchasing this subscription may have been a mistake on my part; however, I request you to please elaborate and help me understand what went wrong so that I can take appropriate care in the future.
I strongly recommend improving the teaching methodology by including more practical demonstrations. For reference, please review the AWS CloudOps Associate course, as it currently lacks sufficient practical depth.
I look forward to your clarification and resolution.
