Hi I’m trying to complete the lab 14 from the level 2 of linux in kodekloud engineer. I almost sure that in my last attempt my solution should work. I sent an email using telnet to the user, and checked if dovecot was working, since I tested with telnet to check with the pop3 protocol to see if the email was there, which it was.
So I’m assuming that if pop3 can saw the email sent that was in the user folder, I’m assuming that the lab is correct, or is some information missing in the requirements of the task. Please can check my last attempt to this lab to see if it is okey ? I had to disable ipv6 and work with ipv4, since if I use ipv6 also in postfix, postfix will complain that it doesn’t have any ::1 address assigned. Not sure if the test from the plataform send the info by ipv6 btw.
