did some facing this issue about region:
Location REGION:asia-east1 violates constraint constraints/gcp.resourceLocations on the resource projects/clgcporg8-074/regions/asia-east1/subnetworks/public.

Due to the limited capabilities of the cloud playgrounds due to cost and security concerns, resources can only be created in the US Central or US West 1 region

I believe you should use Standard persistent disks (pd-standard) which uses HDD and not SSD.

You can learn more about the allowed resources and quotas for the compute engine in the link I shared earlier.
