Before, free retake exams were available only to RHLS (Red Hat Learning Subscriptions). Now Red Hat started offering a free retake for all individual/remote exams. Good luck to those who are planning to become Red Hatters in the near future.
Certification candidates who purchase individual or preliminary exams after February 6, 2023, or purchased before February 6, 2023, and have not taken the purchased exam yet are eligible to retake the exam.
