Question regarding restoring etcd backup lab solution

Hi Team,

The documentation link mentioned below mentions that we need to stop all the API server before restoring etcd backup, but this is not mentioned in Question 9 of the lab Practice Test Backup and Restore Methods 1. Kindly assist. Thanks!
