Problems with setting up virtual enviroment with vagrantfile provided on KodeKloud install section

I have the vagrant file copied but when i vagrant up to start the vms, it tells me i need a minimum of powershell 3. Problem is i have powershell 5.1 which is newer than 3. How can i get the vms started. Anybody please help
