Problems with KodeKloud Engineer site

So, currently, KodeKloud Engineer site is experiencing some technical difficulties:

  • no recording from task attempts, so proper reviews are impossible
  • a lot of random task validations failings with some of the errors not relevant to the task at all

I don’t know for how long this situation is going on but it’s definitely for more than 3 days.
Still, I can’t find any “official” communication regarding the problem. And I personally find this disturbing.

Yes, I know this free product, but guys, communication is a key for building a strong community.

Announce that there is a problem, give some estimate for when it will be fixed. I would go even further and stop assigning tasks until the issue is resolved.

@jetchko.jekov , @oba, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the issue and are working on fixing this.

@tgb I know that you are aware because of similar responses in different threads.
What I was expecting is a BIG/FAT announcement from the staff, acknowledging the problem, give some explanation and estimate for fixing it.
As of now, there is nothing.

On my side, I already set my OoO status on and I am going to check when the problems are resolved … eventually.
