Problems with keyboard

Most probably there are a few of us with a non english keyboard layout here.

I am facing an issue for the last 2 weeks or so. I am unable to type the colon symbol inside the labs. In the same browser, I have no issues to type : ,however inside the labs, I get a < symbol. When this happens, I usually try with the capital “Ñ” key, which in some keyboard mappings, has the “:” associated, but this resulted in a “>” symbol. No luck either.

I have reported the issue several times now in the feedback of the labs. Also tried contacting support and wven writing to the site owner, but i get no reply and cannot advance with the labs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure about real root cause, but try export LC_ALL=C. This helps me in similar cases.

I managed to get it to work with Firefox instead of Chrome. However, i am quite disgusted by the lack of response from site support. Neither labs contact forms nor writing to the “Contact us” section nor answering to a directly sent email has triggered any response.

Not the best customer support approach IMHO.
