PRO status is not active after purchasing


I have recently upgraded to PRO and in my first login it showed up on my account as PRO but today when i logged in it does not show anymore and i don`t get immediate tasks. Can you please reach out to me and check the status as to why it does not show my status.


Note: I also like to add that it is very hard to locate support section in kodekloud engineer dashboard.
