Practising lab shown in DEMO

Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone was able to redo the lab shown in DEMO. As shown in DEMO lab python 2.7 is been installed but now python 3+ will be installed by default and environment need to configure this is not shown in lab. Can anyone advise how to create the lab shown in DEMO

Which course does this refer to? In particular, please include a link to the DEMO you’re referring to, so I can check this. Thanks!

We’ve scheduled a re-recording of much of the docker course, and I expect that we’ll update the version of the Simple Web Application repo to use python3. While python has updated, the procedure for creating a Docker image really has not – the procedure in the demo is still valid.

I’ll flag the demo so the content team is aware this one needs an updated repo, since Mumshad’s repo depends on python v2. Depending upon your platform, I think you can still get python 2 installed if you really want to follow this using that version.
