I checked access to port 8080 from both external and internal and it works for both. But according to question it should work only from internal one. Please have a look most likely smth is wrong with lab.

Have you checked is it supportable or not? In most of cases, it will not gives an error if it’s not supportable.
What do u mean by supportable ?
Network policy only supported by network plugins. So kindly check your network plugins and cross-check it, is it provider supported network policies or not. For example: - calico – supports network policy.
sure but I am talking about official lab for CKA course
