Poor experience with RHCSA lab

Hello Team,

The Lab: archive, backup, compress, io redirection for RHCSA course has been hanging/timing out frequently. Even after multiple reloads/refreshes, the experience is the same. I have not been able to get through to the end of the lab due to these issues. Could you please check and fix this issue? In case there are any upgrades/updates happening in the background which would cause this issue, it would be great if the learners are informed about those.

I actually don’t think there’s a general outage in the labs, and I can get into the RHCSA labs w/o problem. The odds are higher that there is something going on closer to your end. Please take a look at the troubleshooting guide to make sure there isn’t a problem on your computer or on the network you are using to get to us. Once we’ve eliminated that possibility, we can look at individual labs (please supply links for the lab you want us to check) and see if there’s something that can be reproduced at our end.
