Please help, I can't access my Azure Portal, it keeps denying me access

Since I started the Azure track labs, I have always used the CLI, but some labs also require the portal but I can’t access the portal using the provided credentials. It writes, that I don’t have the required permissions/access, cos I personally don’t have an Azure subscription which I felt that the credentials given in the lab are enough to access the portal .

I dont now what could be wrong, but sincerely I’m being denied access to the Azure portal for my labs. It’s making it seem like Azure cloud is a difficult platform, cos i can access my AWS console for labs but not Azure.

Did you try this in incognito mode of the browser?
Your existing Microsoft account could be interfering with the KK Lab accounts.
Try clearing the site-specific data and see if it helps.
