I am trying to test CICD pipeline in Azure. I use playground to setup k8s cluster but when I try to use CICD in Azure Devops I am not able to create any container registry. Also if I use a job with Node and Angular it fail with No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form Microsoft Forms Can you please tell me how can I test CICD pipeline and learn.
