Permission issue

Hi there

Not sure why this permission error is coming on knife bootstrap for client node
its not installing chef on client properly,

I’m installing chef on same two aws instances. chef client is giving issue
when we run knife bootstrap 172.31.94.35 -N client.example.com sudo --ssh-user ec2-user sudo --ssh-identity-file /home/ec2-user/downloads/chef-repo/kode.pem

its giving permission issue, ping tests from workstation to client and client to workstation are working

Left is workstation on which chef is installed but client chef not installing on a client node.
command I’m using is
knife bootstrap 172.31.94.35 -N client.example.com sudo --ssh-user ec2-user sudo --ssh-identity-file /home/ec2-user/downloads/chef-repo/kode.pem

For me its not working
getting error
ERROR: Train::ClientError: Your SSH Agent has no keys added, and you have not specified a password or a key file
getting error
