I try to get the yearly plan, thanks to the current discount, but after 20+ minutes the site does nothing. Tried closing session, browser and no change. I’m worried as today is the last day for the discount and can’t get access to it. ):

This appears to be a browser dependent issue. So:
- What browser are you using when this happens?
- If you try a different browser and it works, please tell me which worked for you.
It looks like we need to get the website team to test whatever browser is causing the problem, so the redirection code works on that browser as well.
Firefox and Firefox Android.
Tried on Edge and worked fine. So yes, the issue was on Firefox. Thanks
Thanks for reporting that. I’ve filed an issue with engineering specifying that Firefox is probably not working with the redirector.

I am having this issue today. I am trying to purchase the yearly plan and it just spins while it says “Redirecting to our payment portal”. I have tried Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Chrome on my phone and none of them work.
I just tried this with Chrome and did not see this. Please try with an “incognito” type window and see if it gets around the problem.
Hey Rob. I was able to get this working. I have a pihole blocking spam internet traffic. I disabled this and it went through. Thanks.
