Payment Deducted but No Subscription or Refund Yet

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my KodeKloud Business Account subscription and was hoping someone from the team or the community could help clarify.

I recently made a payment to renew my subscription using my credit card, but the subscription was not activated. I later received communication that the payment was either refunded or a credit note was issued. However, I have not received any refund in my credit card account so far.

I have also tried reaching out to the sales/contact person but haven’t received any satisfactory response yet.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Also, could someone from the KodeKloud team please help check the status of this or guide me on the next steps?

I am already in communication with adeline.lee@kodekloud.com who I believe is an Enterprise Customer Executive from her email signature. However, the response are not satisfactory as payment was made more than a month back and we were informed just a week back that Subscription couldn’t be renewed due to some issue.
