Pam user account has expired for user from ip

Getting below error while user is trying to logon to the ANSIBLE CONTROLLER linus server in a Kerberos authentication system:

error: pam user account has expired for user from ip(permission denied)

How to solve this ? I can see user is there through getent passwd
