Paid for Kodekloud AI but Account Not Upgraded

I am Suresh Kumar Veerappan, and my login email ID is xxxxxxxxxxxx. I made the annual payment of Rs. 11,798.82 for KodeKloud AI via GPay on 05 Jan 2026.

However, my account is still showing the KodeKloud Free plan. I kindly request you to upgrade my account to KodeKloud AI at the earliest.

I have already sent an email to [email protected] and submitted the feedback form, but I have not yet received any response from customer support.
