I hear that usually it takes about 36 hours to know the result, but since this is hands on wondering if we get to know if we have answered the question or not

No. You will get the results after 24 - 36h. Percentage that you attained will be visible on the Linux Foundation dashboard. No other info on which questions you got right/wrong etc.
