Not getting to get the task review ? also getting wrong even if its cloned, and pushed

Hi, Team I have attempted the task “Set Up and Manage a Secure Azure Dev Ops Repository” in azure cloud Level2 , I’m able to clone the repo with ssh also pushed the changes as required. But still again and again getting wrong and also not getting option for review

Its showing this erro msg, Though I have followed this youtube solution as well
