Not getting new tasks

Hello,

I am not getting a new task after 28th June. Can you please check related to this? I have one task set to review but not received any update on it.

@ratheesh982 , If a task is in review, you won’t get any new task until this is done.

Thanks for the info/update. May I know how long it will take to complete a review. Also, it’s nice to have a feature to know about the status of a review in the user account.

@ratheesh982 , you should see the status on the right side of the task. could you please provide the screenshot so that we can analyse the issue.

Please mark it as failed and ignore the review status. I am happy to give it a try again when it assigned to me next time.

@ratheesh982 , currently I could see the task is not in review and also it is in failed status. So you will be assigned a new task in 48 hours.
