Today I started receiving the following message in kodekloud notes, but when I try to sign in, it doesn’t work and keeps asking me to sign in again and again.
Some things to try here:
- Please try an “icognito window” or its equivalent for your browser, and see if it still does this; it should not be redirecting you to the login system.
- Try a different browser.
Also, if you’ll use the “private message” feature of this site and send me your email address, I’ll see if I can get one of our engineers to work with you to figure out why people are having this problem. It’s a difficult problem for us to reproduce, and since you can reproduce it, you are someone that can help us fix this.
I just heard something from one of our engineers. He says:
Yesterday, they pushed a fix for this bug. Please tell them to clear the cache and try again.
I believe he means here to free up cookies and local storage for *.kodekloud.com domains. If this doesn’t work for you, then we’ll need to tell the engineering team that pushed the fix that their fix, well, didn’t fix this
Hey @rob_kodekloud. I was facing that issue in Chrome and Safari (PC and phone), but I just realized it’s working fine now. I didn’t do anything (clean my cache), so I am assuming they just release another fix.
