Not able to login into GCP Console and i get the error account unresponsive

When you open in Mozila firefox it syas restore account where as when you open it in Microsoft edge i can login into the GCP account but i am not able to create vm instance and the error i get is SSD quota exceeds.
I have been trying to create vm instance for the past 2 days.
