Not able to ec2 server

Hi,

I could not able to ec2 Machine. I am getting below error.

“User: arn:aws:iam::720333076314:user/odl_user_962562 is not authorized to perform: ssm:DescribeInstanceInformation on resource: arn:aws:ssm:us-east-2:720333076314:* with an explicit deny in a service control policy”
