Not able to create EKS cluster in AWS sandbox

I am trying to create EKS cluster in AWS EKS sandbox but it throws following error when I try to create it
“User: arn:aws:iam::471112567703:user/kk_labs_user_291475 is not authorized to perform: iam:PassRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::471112567703:role/AmazonEKSAutoClusterRole because no identity-based policy allows the iam:PassRole action”
Any idea what is the issue?

EKS AutoMode is disabled on the AWS Playgrounds. Please refer to this guide on creating an EKS cluster.
